Our week in the UAE was filled with opportunities, connections, and meaningful conversations for Greek founders. In Abu Dhabi, we explored Hub71, attended the Greek Pavilion opening at IDEX, and hosted a roundtable with ADGM’s Emmanuel Givanakis . On Dubai, we kicked off with an F&B breakfast alongside Minister of Rural Development & Food Kostas Tsiaras, and visited Gulfood, where many Greek producers were present.

The highlight? Our first-ever Greeking Out in Dubai, bringing together 160+ attendees to discuss scaling, growth, and the future of Greek entrepreneurship in EMEA.

Featuring Endeavor Entrepreneurs Nikhil Arora (Epignosis) and Dr. Maria Chatzou Dunford (Lifebit), alongside Endeavor Greece’s Managing Director, Panagiotis Karampinis, we shared insights on Greece’s potential to attract global talent and foster innovation.

At Delphi Economic Forum X, we organized and participated in 2 panel discussions, addressing topics like AI and diaspora engagement. We co-organized a breakfast on Education, Research & Innovation with Uni.Fund, exploring how all sectors can better translate into entrepreneurial impact. Finally, we hosted our annual EY x Endeavor party, gathering over 400 attendees featuring live music from Onirama.

In partnership with TechCrunch, StrictlyVC was hosted in Greece for the first time - led by Connie Loizos and featuring a fireside chat with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. A milestone moment elevating Greece’s global visibility.

As strategic partners, Endeavor Greece shaped the first modern edition of Panathēnea - hosting discussions on global scale, AI, and Athens’ future as an innovation hub. We closed it all off with the Athens Startup Block Party - a high-energy finale under the Acropolis, celebrating the community that’s shaping Greece’s next chapter

Endeavor Greece wrapped up a dynamic week in London and Cambridge - bringing together 200+ founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders to accelerate Greek innovation globally.

Highlights included a breakfast hosted by the Ambassador of Greece to the UK, visits to the offices of Atomico and Balderton, watching StrictlyVC London, the Endeavor Catalyst Investor Meeting, where there was the official launch of Fund V, and founder networking drinks with Beacon Capital. We hosted two dynamic Greeking Outs; one in London and one in Cambridge.

Endeavor Greece led the first-ever Greek delegation to VivaTech - Europe’s premier tech event. From founders and investors to policy and venture leaders, the delegation represented Greece’s growing innovation force on the global stage. Some highlights over four packed days: hosting Greeking Out in Paris at Station F, an evening reception at the Greek Ambassador’s residence, and private sessions with Eurazeo and La French Tech Paris-Saclay. At the heart of it all was the Innovation Nation booth at VivaTech, where Greek startups connected with international partners, VCs, and collaborators. With the support of: Embassy of Greece in Paris, La French Tech, SEV, and The Hellenic Initiative.

Endeavor co-hosted the Tech Tour Investors Summit in Athens, uniting leading LPs, fund managers, and founders from Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf. Over two days of keynotes, sector tracks, curated 1:1s, and founder showcases, the Summit strengthened cross-regional collaboration and positioned Athens as a rising hub for global tech capital.

Our #OneCommunity Summer Party brought together 300 members from our vibrant network in a lively, sun-kissed setting to honour the Greek Innovation Ecosystem’s incredible strides over the past year! The party featured the protagonists of the Greek transformation, the high-impact entrepreneurs, investors and talent. A community that is more vibrant, stronger and closer than ever! 

Outliers is back with Season 6 - bringing you the stories of Greece’s most innovative entrepreneurs. This time, it’s reaching new heights, now streaming on COSMOTE TV! This partnership marks a new chapter for Outliers, bringing personal journeys and powerful lessons from founders across the Greek innovation ecosystem to a wider audience.

Endeavor Greece hosted the second Athens Innovation Summit, co-organized with Google Greece, bringing together global leaders to discuss the future of AI, ethics, and democracy. The highlight of the evening was a powerful conversation between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Demis Hassabis, Co-founder & CEO of Google DeepMind and 2024 Nobel Laureate, moderated by Linda Rottenberg. Their dialogue explored AI’s impact on democracy, healthcare, energy, education, and the future of work - capturing both the promise and responsibility of this technological shift.

We’re proud to co-lead the Greek AI Accelerator - a new initiative designed to empower local founders building with AI. In partnership with OpenAI and the Ministry of Development, this program provides access to cutting-edge technology, world-class mentorship, and global exposure. Our shared goal is to turn Greece’s deep STEM talent into scalable and global ventures.

Endeavor Greece partnered with the Bio3 Forum for the third consecutive year, reaffirming our commitment to advancing innovation in Greece’s tech ecosystem. The forum convened global leaders in biotechnology and life sciences. Our Managing Director, Panagiotis Krampinis, moderated the investors panel.

First-ever editions in Zurich and Amsterdam united diaspora leaders, founders, and investors - strengthening cross-border collaboration across Europe.

As an advocate for Mediterranean heritage and creativity-driven growth, she will contribute her expertise to UNESCO’s programs for the protection and promotion of culture - reflecting her commitment to innovation and sustainable development.

Mistral AI - Following its new strategic partnership with the Hellenic Government, Endeavor Greece convened a private roundtable with CEO Arthur Mensch and Greek leaders to discuss Europe’s AI direction.

A refreshed digital experience went live - improving navigation, storytelling, and access to programs, founders, and ecosystem insights.

The GenAI Summit returned for its third year, bringing together founders, teams, and leaders shaping the future of applied AI in Greece. Endeavor Greece led the day with sessions on AI engineering, HealthTech, and the next steps for the Greek AI Startup Accelerator. Our Innovation Nation Booth became a central hub to work, connect, and recharge throughout the Summit. We closed the day with the GenAI After Party by Endeavor × ElevenLabs - AI-generated music, incredible energy, and a full Delta Restaurant.

In partnership with OpenAI and the Government of the Hellenic Republic, Endeavor Greece is proud to lead the Innovation Pillar of OpenAI for Greece - a national initiative empowering founders to build responsibly with AI and scale globally. The Greek AI Startup Accelerator will support startups developing AI-native solutions - providing access to OpenAI technology and credits, mentorship from global experts, and international exposure opportunities.

An initiative created with Columbia Business School, NTUA, Endeavor Greece and HIAS that introduces a new pathway for turning world-class research into deep-tech ventures.

Endeavor Greece returned to Slush with its largest mission yet - 145+ founders, investors, corporates, academics, and policymakers - placing Greece among the top five delegations worldwide. Our booth became a central hub for meetings, partner sessions, and scaleup spotlights, while a high-energy Side Event, two international dinners, and deep-tech visits to ICEYE, CSC, and Sitra brought the ecosystem together throughout the week. Powered by the support of AEGEAN Airlines, HDBI, and the National Bank of Greece.

As part of a broader national effort to support Greece’s defence-tech and dual-use innovators, two high-level roundtables took place this month with the country’s leadership.  The Greek Prime Minister, Kiriakos Mitsotakis and the Minister of Defence, Nikos Dendias, met with founders from Hack The Box, iCOMAT, DelianAlliance Industries, SOTIRIA Technology, VelosRotors, Raymetrics, and ICEYE for discussions focused on dual-use innovation, national capabilities, and Greece’s emerging role within Europe’s security and technology landscape.

A high-impact week unfolds across Boston and New York, bringing together founders, investors, diaspora leaders, and global partners. From the first-ever Greeking Out in Boston with 150+ attendees to Endeavor’s Global Gala and THI’s Annual New York Gala, the ecosystem gathered in full force. The momentum continued with Greeking Out in New York at Betaworks, uniting 250+ founders and investors around Greece’s growing global footprint. The week closed with Rebrain Greece in Times Square, connecting top Greek companies with skilled diaspora talent. A powerful showcase of Greece’s innovation, community, and global reach.

We close the year with our Christmas celebration at NYNN — bringing together founders, investors, and partners to honor a landmark year for Greek innovation and the momentum ahead.
